Mission reports
Sunday afternoon. Somewhere in Switzerland.
After a 3-hour hard ascent, I’m gently surfing down a mountain slope riding an experimental sliding gadget called snowboard. Altitude: 3000mt. Temperature: -16°. Coordinates: 46.4229, 9.675. Primary mission: getting back home, preferably avoiding serious injuries. Secondary mission: testing some new advanced equipment specially developed by MSR secret laboratories.
1 hour later.
Missions accomplished. (Actually, one of my snowshoes got broken during the ascend. According to preliminary investigation, equipment had been tampered with overnight by someone supposedly working for an enemy force.)
36 hours later.
I’m landing at a secret location, after an 11-hour flight on an experimental kerosene-propelled machine specially developed by Airbus secret laboratories. Altitude: few meters. Temperature: 32°. Coordinates. undisclosed. Primary mission: dealing with some family issues, preferably avoiding serious injuries. (Details and mission status will remain classified.) Secondary mission: testing a new camouflage set designed to allow the wearer to mingle with the locals (or at worst with the tourists).
